How to exchange a style or size?
MAVEN always strives to ensure that you love our products.
If you would like to request an exchange:
- For orders placed on our website: Please email us at hello@themaven.sg, and our team will assist you.
- For orders placed at our physical stores / via Facebook / Instagram: Please message us directly on the platform where you placed the order.
Exchanges must be made within the following timeframes:
(a) For orders paid directly at official MAVEN stores: within 3 days from the date of purchase.
(b) For domestic orders (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore) placed via Website/Facebook/Instagram: within 7 days from the date of successful delivery.
(c) For international orders placed via Website/Facebook/Instagram: within 14 days from the date of successful delivery.
For return requests made after the stated timeframes, we will notify you via email that the return has been rejected. The item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own cost based on current shipping rates.
All exchange items must be in the same condition as received – in original packaging, with tags attached, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of items before processing any return request.
You may return your purchase by mail or arrange to drop it off at our warehouse. Please log in to your account and submit a return request under 'My Orders' within 7 days (domestic) / 14 days (international) from the date of successful delivery. Kindly note that only eligible items can be selected for return. All returned items must include the completed Return Form for processing (download the Return Form here: Vietnam, Thailand, Other countries). We reserve the right to reject returns without the Return Form.

(We encourage using a postal service with tracking, and MAVEN will not be responsible for any items lost in transit).
If you return a product that does not meet our requirements, the item will be sent back to you (current shipping fees will apply). We reserve the right to refuse the return and any refund requests.
You are responsible for postal fees, customs duties, and taxes on returned items. You are also responsible for the product until we receive it, and please retain all proof of postage until we confirm receipt. In the event any return package is lost in transit, the lost product will not be eligible for exchange, and we will not be liable for any costs incurred.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges for the following cases:
- Discounted items
- Items purchased at our pop-up events
- Custom/ special order items
I have returned the order. When will I receive the exchanged product?
Once the order is confirmed to have been successfully delivered to MAVEN’s warehouse, we will proceed with packaging and send a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can track the package to know when to expect your exchanged product.
What if I want to exchange for a cheaper product?
MAVEN only supports exchanges for products of the same value or higher than the original product you purchased. If you still wish to exchange for a lower-priced product, please note that MAVEN will not refund the difference.
How do I return an order?
MAVEN will assist with returns if the product you received has a manufacturing defect, was custom-made incorrectly, or is the wrong size compared to your order.
Please send a photo or video of the defective product via email to hello@themaven.sg, and our team will assist you.
Returns must be made within the following timeframes:
(a) For domestic orders (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore): within 7 days from the date of successfull delivery.
(b) For international orders: within 14 days from the date of successfull delivery.
For returns made after the above timeframes, we will send an email notifying you that the return has been declined. The item will be sent back to you at your own cost, based on current shipping fees.

What if I return the item late?
After 7 days (for domestic orders) and 14 days (for international orders) from the date of successful delivery, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Can I exchange a product that used a discount code? How does the return process work for a product received as a gift?
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for discounted products, products purchased from pop-up events, custom-made products, special order items, or orders made using a promotional code (except for the WELCOME10 discount code for first-time buyers and birthday discount codes).
I have returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
Once the order is confirmed, your refund will typically be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
What happens if I return an order that is not eligible for return/exchange?
We will send an email notification after your parcel has been processed. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees when returning items that are rejected for return or exchange. Information about return shipping fees and re-shipping costs will be provided.
